Shipping and returns
Shipping and returns at Dare in Paris follow a few simple rules. Every order, whether a silk tie, a bow tie or a silk square, leaves Paris by Colissimo with signature on delivery. Delivery takes 48 hours in France, from 3 business days in the rest of Europe and from 5 business days in the United States, Canada, Asia and the rest of the world. Shipping is free in France from 200 euros and free worldwide from 350 euros. You have 14 days from receipt to return a piece.

Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. They are payable by the recipient. Prices on the site are shown in euros and include French VAT.
Tracking and signature
When your parcel leaves Paris, you receive a tracking number by email. Colissimo delivers against a signature; in France, you can also choose a pickup point. Check the parcel on arrival and note any damage with the carrier before signing.
Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from receipt to return a piece, no reason needed. Email contact@dareinparis.fr with your order number. Send the piece back in its original packaging, with a copy of the invoice. Return shipping is paid by you, except when the return follows an error on our part: in that case, return costs are not charged.
The refund is made within 14 days of your return request. The house may wait until the piece is back in the workshop before refunding. If you would prefer another piece, return it and place a new order.
Gifts
Every piece leaves the workshop in its box, sealed with the wax seal of the house and accompanied by a handwritten note, as described on our craftsmanship page. If you would rather let someone choose, there is the e-gift card.

Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. Orders for the United States leave Paris by Colissimo with signature on delivery and arrive from 5 business days. Shipping is free from 350 euros, otherwise a flat rate shown at checkout; import duties and taxes, if any, are payable by the recipient.
How long does delivery to the United Kingdom take?
From 3 business days, by Colissimo with signature on delivery. The United Kingdom is outside the European Union: import duties and taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Yes, as long as the parcel has not left the workshop. Email contact@dareinparis.fr as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. Once the parcel has left, the address can no longer be changed.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Check the parcel on delivery and note any damage with the carrier. Then email contact@dareinparis.fr with your order number and a description of the damage. The house will find a solution with you.
